Any order not respecting the charter of les Coupons de Saint Pierre will become obsolete and will give rise if necessary to a refund of an amount equal to the amount collected in Euro

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on their customer account at the time of their order, subject to a stock available.
Expeditions are exclusively from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
The consumer is required to check the condition of the goods packaging upon delivery and to report the damage due to the carrier on the delivery slip, as well as to the company, within one week.

Packages are generally prepared in 1 to 3 business days after receiving and accepting your payment, subject to availability of items (excluding weekends and holidays). The preparation time can be extended during sales or promotions up to 7 days. Haraper, sewing patterns, models and sewing machines can request an additional time subject to availability.


The delivery time will depend on the carrier you have chosen. The shipping costs are calculated when ordering according to the weight of your package.


The delivery time will be 2  to 4 working days for the Lettres suivi
3 to 7 business days in colissimo suivi or Mondial relay (in mainland France, excluding weekends). DHL and Amazon Shipping can deliver the next day.


Count 10 days for shipments in Europe, 15 days for shipments to DOM-TOM and International.

The standard shipping mode is Colissimo suivi, given without signature. If you want a discount with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Whatever the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your package online.


Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postal costs. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order.
We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken from the package containing fragile products.
If you are absent on the day of delivery, your delivery person will leave you a passing notice in your mailbox, allowing you to withdraw your package from your post office during opening hours, within 15 business days .
Colissimo Suivi is a very reliable service. However, as in any shipment your package ,ay be subject to a delay in delivery or the loss of a package. In the event of delay in delivery compared to the date we have indicated to you in the shipping email, we ask you to report this delay by calling us by phone on 01.42.93.51.46 or by sending us an email. We will then contact the poste office to start an investigation. A post investigation can last up to 21 days from the start date. If during this period, the product is found, it will be re -sent immediately to your home (the majority of cases). If on the other hand the product was not found after the 21 -day investigation period, the poste office considers the package to be lost. It is only at this time that we can send you a replacement product at our expense. If the product (s) ordered were no longer available at this time, we would reimburse you for the amount of the products concerned by the loss of the carrier. If the product (s) were still available, but had changed selling prices on the site, we would apply the new selling prices, either by reimbursing you by check for the difference, or by asking for a additional check concerning this price difference. We decline any responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of products or strike. The process is the same for Mondial Relay and DHL.

Lettre suivi without signature : To metropolitan France for any order less than 250gr and products less than 3cm. Indicative time of post 2 to 4 business days. From 1.99 euros. 


Colissimo withdrawal point: The shipping costs are offered in mainland France for any order exceeding € 49 including tax (excluding the Paris region and within the limit of 20kg)*. From 3.79 euros, and in Belgium from 69 euros (within the limit of 20 kg)

Colissimo  : Shipping costs are offered in mainland France for any order exceeding € 99 including tax (up to 30kg)*. From 5.99 euros.

International delivery: indicative time of post 5 to 7 business days

Mondial Relay  : Shipping costs are offered in mainland France for any order exceeding € 49 including tax. From 3.99 euros.

You will automatically receive an email as soon as your order is available at the pick up point. You can pick it up from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. without interruption.


Delivery problems due to the carrier

Any anomaly concerning delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery slip, damaged package, damaged products, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery slip in the form of "handwritten reserves", accompanied by the customer's signature. The consumer must at the same time confirm this anomaly by sending to the carrier within two (2) business days following the delivery date a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt explaining the said complaints. Delivery errors

The consumer has 14 days to signal, the company Les Coupons de Saint Peter, any claim for delivery error and/or non -compliance of products in kind or in quality compared to the indications appearing on the order form. Any complaint made beyond this period will be rejected.

The formulation of this complaint with the company Les Coupons de Saint Pierre can be made:
