Highland skirt sewing pattern
The Highland skirt is a long skirt decorated with 3 steering wheel. It consists of a straight skirt skirt background on which the ruffles and a belt assemble. It closes with an invisible back zip. The boss of the steering wheel being partly in the bias, your skirt will have a nice flexible fall which gives him a remote and not large line. A shortened 2 -fried version is also achievable, less greedy in fabric.
