Paletot Calypso sewing pattern
The Paletot Calypso is the timeless little jacket to enhance your hand -sewn wardrobe. With its nicely worked collar (whether you can put or not according to the desired style) and its cut with the perfect length, it combines elegance and simplicity. Its sleek line is enhanced by flap -plated pockets and pliers that structure the silhouette. The finishes are impeccable: fully doubled, the jacket has well -defined sleeves thanks to the laying of handle cigarettes, and a false buttoned leg for a resolutely "sewing" look without technical complexity. The back of the Paletot is not to be outdone: the pattern is available on a very feminine gathered back or minimalist right back, embellished a small bavolet which structures the back line. In wool, denim, tweed, or jacquard, there is bound to be a calypso that suits you!
Sewing level: intermediate. The technical points covered are sewing an obvious pliers, making gathers, mounting a collar, placing pockets and double a jacket.
