PETULA dress sewing pattern
Sparkling little dress with crazy charm, its trapeze cut is structured by darts, and the neckline is highlighted with a pretty V-shaped neckline at the front and back. Pétula's couture signature: the gathered shoulder panels, whose drape contrasts with the graphic cut of the model. Available as a dress or blouse, PÉTULA will never cease to charm you! Want to sew Pétula in lace or muslin? A dubbed version is entirely possible, and the result is absolutely delightful! Find all the instructions (cutting modifications, lining quantities, fabric tips) in the brochure included with your pattern. Size: The PÉTULA boss grades from 34 to 52. The finished garment measurement chart is available in the product photos. In the photo: Emilie is wearing the Pétula dress in size 36.
Sewing level: intermediate, the technical points are sewing a V-neck, making gathers, sewing darts.
The seam allowances are included and are 1 cm.
Choice of fabric: only warp and weft fabrics. I recommend a fabric with a soft drape, which drapes nicely: a twill, a viscose crepe or poplin, a fine jacquard, or even a beautiful lace, fabrics weighing 90 to 250g/m2 depending on the desired result. If you want to line your dress we recommend cotton voile.
