Ruffled skirts are celebrating their return. Little girls love it, plus it’s easy and simple to sew. All skirts have a yoke and an elasticated waistband for maximum comfort. Skirt A has two tiers of ruffles. On skirt B, the three-tier overskirt is made of tulle. Skirt C pleases with its contrasting yoke and large bow.
