Christmas tutorial: Furoshiki packaging

SUPPLIES

• Cotton coupons printed Christmas 3M at 12 €
• Pins
• A wire coil
• A pair of scissors
• Sewing needles
• A meter of sewing
• A sewing machine

1. Cut a square of fabric of 53 x 53cm (small model) or 78 x 78cm (medium model)
2. Mark a first decline of 0.5cm all around the square, then a second withdrawal of 1cm and pin.
3. Sew 0.2cm from the withdrawal to fix the hem.
4. Iron and your fabric is ready to pack your gift!

The cylinder technique

1. Place your object in the center of your fabric.
2. Fold a corner of your square.
3. Wrap this corner around your cylinder.
4. Do the same with the opposite side diagonally to roll around the cylinder.
5. Fold the bottom of the cylinder to the center and turn your fabric on itself.
6. Do the same with the top of the cylinder and turn it on itself.
7. Make a knot with both sides remaining.
8. Your gift is ready to be placed under the tree!

The technique of the two nodes for an object in height

1. Place your object in the center of your fabric.
2. Make a first knot with the two opposite sides diagonally.
3. Make a second knot while turning around the object.
4. Your gift is ready to be placed under the tree!

Furoshiki recto/back

1. Cut two squares of fabric of 53 x 53cm (small model) or 78 x 78cm (medium model)
2. Place the two squares of fabric, right -of -way place.
3. Place pins regularly all around the squares to keep the fabrics together.
4. Sew 1cm from the edge of the square, leaving a space of 5 to 8cm to return your fabrics.

4. Fold the top and bottom of the book to the center and make a pretty knot.
